Shipping Policy
We ship with care—literally. At San Francisco Vintage, every piece is packed thoughtfully to protect its unique character in transit. We offer domestic shipping across the U.S., with rates based on size, weight, and destination. Some larger or delicate items may require custom shipping quotes.
We aim to ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order is on the way. If you’re in San Francisco, local pickup is also available—just choose the option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to coordinate. Local items must be picked up within 72 hours of confirmation from us.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. That said, we want you to love what you bring home. If something arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll help you file a claim.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing misjudgments, or minor imperfections consistent with vintage age.
