Our Story

San Francisco Vintage is more than a shop.  It’s a love letter to the city, told through objects with a past and a community shaping its future. From timeless treasures to cultural stories, we celebrate history, sustainability, and the soul of San Francisco.

Krystyl Baldwin

San Francisco Vintage was founded by Krystyl Baldwin, HGTV Flea Market Flip winner, Webby Award nominee, community organizer, and lifelong treasure hunter. A quick search online will tell you she has always been at the intersection of creativity, culture, and community, and San Francisco Vintage is her way of bringing those worlds together.

This is not just a private shop. It is a movement built on stories, history, and the belief that objects connect us across time. Every piece in this collection is chosen because it carries meaning.

A velvet lamp that once glowed in a jazz bar.

A ceramic ashtray saved from a speakeasy.

A chair that sat in the front room of a Mission family’s home for decades.

These objects are not disposable.

They are history you can touch and stories you can live with.

San Francisco Vintage is also a manifesto for community. It is about keeping the city’s soul alive through preservation, storytelling, and gathering. From North Beach to the Sunset, from flea markets to hidden estates, we hunt for treasures not just to sell them, but to keep San Francisco’s culture present in people’s homes and hearts.

We believe vintage is more than a style. It is a lifestyle rooted in sustainability, individuality, and character. It is an antidote to fast trends and throwaway culture.

When you shop with us, you are not just buying decor. You are investing in history, in stories, in the future of a city we love.

You will not find trends here.

You will find treasures.

You will find San Francisco.
